Ecole internationale EM Strasbourg Business School has focused on developing strong relationships with universities throughout the world for more than 20 years now. Partnerships with over 150 universities in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia allow all students to spend a minimum of one year in a partner institution. The year abroad, an essential part of the EM Strasbourg program, provides an opportunity to enrich the student's knowledge of business administration in an international environment.

Exchange programs
The basic Exchange program starts in the second or third year and lasts 2 consecutives semesters. The studies abroad are fully recognized by EM Strasbourg Business School University status and the presence of an international climate at EM Strasbourg Business School makes it possible to build partnerships of great quality. The school offers a variety of dual degree programs that are recognized both in Europe and throughout the world.

The HERMES Network
In 1997, IECS created HERMES, a network which groups together ten Universities with an integrated curriculum. The students study abroad for 2 or 3 consecutive semesters. Study Abroad Programs start at the beginning of the second year. The integrated curriculum is the main feature of international studies at EM Strasbourg Business School and involves more than 50 % of the students.

The MBA Network
This network provides the opportunity to obtain both an MBA and the EM Strasbourg diploma. An MBA from one of our MBA Partner universities will be delivered to those students who successfully complete an additional year, thus obtaining the MBA at the same time as the EM Strasbourg diploma. Selection for admission to the MBA program is based on the availability of places, grades and the scores obtained on the various entrance exams (GMAT and TOEFL).

Other Dual-Degree Programs and Tri-Master's Degree
Students also have the opportunity to obtain dual-degrees with other universities in Europe or in the world. The school proposes also a Tri-Master's Degree with partners in Germany and Poland.
An exceptional opportunity is offered in cooperation with Canisus College and Universiteit Antwerpen (UA): not only our students have the opportunity to study in the US and Belgium to obtain a dual degree but they also receive a very generous study-abroad scholarship sponsored by the ATLANTIS GRANT.

The International Environment
Students develop their cultural awareness during the year spent abroad. The curriculum and the multi-cultural environment at EM Strasbourg Business School lead to a deeper understanding of the importance of thinking internationally. Each year, approximately 300 foreign students from partner universities come to take classes at EM Strasbourg Business School. French students are required to develop their foreign language skills by taking language and/or civilization courses in both English and another foreign language.
