Academic research: The EM Strasbourg Business School plays host to two laboratories

The EM Strasbourg Business School's core business is the dissemination of management knowledge, know-how and skills.
This transmission is achieved via different increasingly diverse channels, the primary one being the teaching provided by expert teaching staff.
To reach the top quality level in accordance with international standards, EM Strasbourg supports this transmission of knowledge with Research in Management science, with the following three objectives:
- producing original, advanced knowledge, recognised in domains relevant to the training of the students, involving the School's initial education as well as continuing education,
- anticipating the major trends affecting businesses and organisations within a constantly evolving environment, in order to provide managers and future managers with the tools and methods required for strategic steering,
- helping businesses and organisations interpret their policies and practices with a view to identifying and promoting "best practices", crucial for managerial renewal.
