Extra-curricular activities are an integral part of the EM Strasbourg Business School program and provide students with the chance to express themselves fully outside the classroom or lecture-hall context. A number of associations come under the EM Strasbourg Spirit umbrella, while students are also encouraged to come up with their own projects.

Extra-curricular activities in the EM Strasbourg Spirit benefit from teacher backing and allow students to work together (and individually) and test out their professional, social and relational abilities within team-based projects.
The EM Strasbourg Spirit encompasses all the Programme Grande Ecole associations and covers a wide range of activities, stretching well beyond the walls of the campus and including humanitarian aid, editing the Strassbuch (the indispensable yearly guide to what's on in Strasbourg), managing the associations' portal and taking part in some of the large choice of sports and cultural activities. There's something to interest every student and offer an extra outlet for their abilities and enthusiasm.
